Can't find anything online based on what's stamped in the base. Has a 3 and then wh-463 stamped in it. Trying to find seals for it and what size it is.

It is a cheap bottle jack, just get another one. You will likely spend more on having the seals shipped than the jack is worth.
If you really want to repair it, just disassemble it and take the cleaned parts down to your local hydraulic supply shop and get new ones.

Agreed 100%. Waste of time, money and effort. Replace it

If it's low on oil, you can refill it. Then use it. How bad are the seals leaking? They all seem to leak a bit and eventually need oil.

The seal on the pump fell apart. It works other than fluid leaking when you pump it. I'll probably just replace it. Thanks.

Jack pictures

Here is a link to the pictures, they would not post for some reason.
You're having the same photo issues that my phone has. Your phone's camera produces pictures larger than what the website allows.

I installed an APP on my phone called Photo Resizer. I have to resize most photos to 80% and sometimes even smaller to get them to upload to the site.
