I thought you guys might be able to guide me in the right direction. I'm on the search for well built bottle jacks. Need a couple for the crew trucks, I'm getting sick and tired of dealing with cheap ones that fail and do not work, plus they are unsafe.

I would say 20 ton jacks would be perfect.

Thanks a bunch guys.

i have a couple of westward brand bottle jacks.

probably from grainger.

they've lived in the back of my service truck for almost 7 years and still work.
they're both beat up, and the rams are rusted, but havent leaked yet.

From the U.S. Jack site:

U.S. Jack is the only company in the United States manufacturing hydraulic bottle jacks and long ram jacks that are 100% U.S. made. A great deal of our business is done with the federal government, they insist on 100% U.S. made equipment in the realm of bottle jacks. We have annual inspections by government representatives, all of our gauges used in the manufacturing of all the hard components have to be re-certified and re-calibrated annually. All of our gauges used in the pressure testing of our jacks have to be re-certified and re-calibrated annually. U.S. Jack is unquestionably held to a higher standard in the production of our equipment than any manufacturer producing similar equipment and there is simply no basis for comparison to imports.

Weber: (says "Weber Hydraulik" on the yellow sticker, same as in the pic above...)

I have a cheap imported one I bought at Kmart 40 years ago. It has taken all kinds of abuse and has always worked and never leaked a drop. If it ever had a label with a name, the label is long gone.

I fully believe you take your chances when you buy a jack. Some are bad and some are good.
