Bought me a welder

Just picked up a tweco 141i fabricator today. Its a 3 process machine , mig , stick and tig. 700$ out the door was going to pick up a miller 180 autoset but allways wanted to get in to tig so i got this. Any one else own or used one of these ? some welding pics to come

Depending on your intended use(s), it's a great machine.. I know a guy with one, he loves it. His work is mostly thinner steel- 12 gauge and some light weight tubing.
It works beautifully for him...

Long as you don't plan on tig welding aluminum or thinner aluminum at that it should be a nice machine. :thumbup: Enjoy it :beer:

Sorry to bring up a semi old thread but how are you liking the welder? I gotta pick one up soon and was set on just a miller mig welder but I started looking into the multiprocess machines.

Where did you pick yours up from? Gaspro? Air Liquide?

I got mine from air liquide 700 out the door. So far im loving this machine and it does everything I need it to do. Havent tigged yet because the tig torch is seperate.

Those are nice, I could make a living out of a garage with one. The mig does what a guy needs to do and the stick has its place on machinery repair on occasion. The need to do alum is highly over rated and would add a spool gun to this for general maint work and find a friend with a tig for the absolute chance nothing else would do. Alum is a save your **** deal on occasion depending on business but its cheaper to pay a little than own the extra stuff.
