We just bought a new place that was in foreclosure. It doesn't have a garage and I had a 36 x 48 barn at the old place. Looking for opinions on what to put up. Depending on the setback on our property I may be able to get a 24 x 36 building in. Looking for info on what's cheaper to put up and finish. I know a pole bulding would be quicker, but I want it insulated. Would I be better off just putting a stick built garage in? I'm going to be doing all the work, but the site prep and concrete.
