Bought some SK tools..

As the title states I recently bought some SK tools. One of those was a ratchet/socket set #94562. Which is a metric 1/4" and 3/8" ratchet and sockets set. It came with two duplicate socket sizes, it came with two 13mm and missing the 14mm short socket and two 10mm and missing the 11mm deep socket in 1/4" drive both of them. I called customer service today and I have to admit the call was awesome. They just wanted to know what set I bought, what was wrong, and what I was missing. She only asked my name and address and told me they would be shipped immediately. Very pleased and thought I would share the info.

They seems to have some slight QC issues with their sets...but their CS is great!

Yes, the CS is good... but honestly they shouldn't' be having these "issues" in the first place. When they sent me a warranty replacement it was the wrong socket... whole process took weeks.

I had an extra 7/16" in the place of my 12mm in my 3/8" set I bought recently. Shot SK an email, and had the replacement within a week.

The quality of the product and the customer service are both excellent.
