I’m new here so Hello everyone.
I was on offer up today and bought this ratchet and extension for 60$.
My question is what year was the extension made it doesn’t have a date code on it.And the ratchet I was told is made in China ???? It says FLF80A-USA on it so I’m confused what the guy meant.I thought all ratchets are made in the USA from snap on unless I missed something.

lol, the dude I got it from was some Mexican guy, he told me he got hired at a lube shop and fired a few weeks later.
And thanks for the info. I like the old snap on stuff. I will put the extension in everyday use, don't matter its 30+ years old.
I called snap On right after I got the ratchet because the flex head is a bit to loose for me and the bolt to tighten it is stripped out, anyways I'm getting a new rebuild kit for free now.

Google "Snap-on Date Code"

Bolt doesn't appear to be stripped from picture you need a torx bit to tighten it.
