I am in the market for a 6’ box blade for a 3 point hitch. If I buy one that is missing the scarifiers, will I have to worry about replacements fitting. Most used box blades I see for sale are from brands I have never heard of.

Yes, you will have to source the correct type.
I have two box blades and they have a different way of pinning the ripper shanks.
Make sure you buy the heaviest box blade you can find. Weight is the deal with any ground engaging implements.

Here's a photo of one of my box blades and you can see the ripper shanks are notched in the back and the pin kinda just wedges in the slot.

My other one is a John Deere and the shanks have holes drilled in them, the pins secure through the holes and require a hairpin clip on the pin, which is the type that Tractor Supply carries and more common.

I did a short term (by my choice) contract for Titan Implements. Without malice I have to say that all Titan implements may/may not have interchangeable replacement components, depends upon what it is. My assertions that As-Built was not very consistent and making manufacturing drawings was difficult to do without a standard or consistent dimensional reference of some sort. I was told to must pick a dimension and that will be the new "standard build". As such, replacement components may/may not fit correctly and in some cases the implement may/may not even function as intended. Just thought potential buyers should be aware, hope they get their problems sorted out.

Thanks for the feed back and heads up on Titan implements. I expect most of the small manufacturing is in the same boat.

Bottom line for me right now is if I buy used, make sure the box blade has the scarifiers or be prepared to modify replacements to fit.
