Short version: I need to install and wire in a new septic air pump. The pump needs 120 @ 2A so a standard duplex outlet is fine. It will be installed outside, and I need suggestions on what kind of box I can use for it. Supposedly these pumps are generally mounted outside, so someone here may have experience with a standard type of enclosure?
Longer version: My house's septic system was not built optimally, and the air pump for my septic should have been put outside. Instead it was put inside with 100' feet of pipe (the pumps are rated for 80' max) and since it's in the house it's very noisy. So out it goes.
The existing system looks like this:
To the left is the PVC air pipe coming out of the house, and to the right is the 120V that powers the septic pump. The air pump is 8x8x12", and my plan is to put it in a small box sitting on the ground near where the PVC pipe comes out of the ground. I'll get a larger electrical box for the wall, and run a second liquidtite conduit down to the box where I'll mount a GFCI outlet. The pump will go in the box, and I'll re-do the PVC so it goes into the box as well.
So what I need is any suggestions for the box (it can be up to 2x2x2' as space is not a huge concern and if anyone sees any issues with my electrical plans.

BTW, this is the second major issue with the system - I previously fixed the issue of them using inside rated phone cable for the outside float switches - what a surprise to see that it rotted out and shorted. They also ran the phone cable (std AT&T 4 wire stuff) in the conduit with the 120V wiring which may have not been rated for 600V either. It's not an issue now as I ripped that **** out and ran the proper wire through a different route.
