Anyone have any experience with Bozeman branded tools from Princess Auto?

They seem to make mostly sawmill kits and parts.
I’m looking for a surface planer and they have one onsale.

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Arboristsite post thinks the sawmill is Chinese made, which should come as no surprise. I’d guess all their power tools are, just like Grizzly, Delta, Jet…

He seemed happy with it, but it’s not a planer.

I searched for

Who makes Bozeman tools for Princess Auto.

Thanks!
I’m not scared of Chinese made tools, pretty much everything is made there these days.

I’ll probably give the planer a try. So far I haven’t had any problems with any tools from PA and PA has a great return policy.

I spent some time looking at pictures online and the Bozeman is identical to the King Canada KC-426-C, Grizzly G0505 and the previous version of a Mastercraft Planer.

Lots of positive reviews of the King Canada and Grizzly models.
