Bracket hold 2 EMT conduits?

If I want to add 2 conduits from the panel that start along the same route along the CEILING. Is there a bracket that holds 2 conduits to a joist or do I just use single bracket on the joist and have some hold the left and some hold the right conduit?

You can use 2 conduit clamps from opposite sides or there are butterfly clamps.

If the joists are open and youre running with the joists instead instead of across them Id just put blocking between the joists every few feet to attach the conduit to.
