I got the BP btcp500 version of lang, will do most calipers, sometimes it won't fit, been good so far

The link to the snap ons you posted are different than the Lang. They retract to a much smaller width (.328"). If you need the extra clearance, I think the decision is obvious. The Langs would never work on my Porsche; those Snap On's look like they'd fit perfectly.

I have the Lang 279. It fits 99 percent of the calipers I work on. If I need something smaller I use a small screw type one. I've got it over a year now and use it daily. It's as smooth today as the day I bought it. I got mine on Amazon for I believe around 35.00 shipped with Prime.

I have the silicone gun type and one that works with an airline and also lets you turn the piston at the same time, good for rear calipers.

Often though I just use this type, the small rod fell off mine so I just use it with my 3/8 impact now, makes quick work of pushing the piston back in.
