brand new Mr. Heater Big Maxx

I just installed a big maxx 80,000 btu furnace and the gas valve won't open! check the clear hose on the inducer motor and blew in to the hose and still get nothing. changed thermostats. please help!!

Is it showing any error codes on the board.........flashing LED ?

Do you have the correct gas pressure supplying it?
It may not open do to an overpressure condition?

Start with basic trouble shooting in manual.
We need additional info.
Power at unit ?
Wires secured ? Screws may loosen from shipping.
Does draft motor start, if it has one ?
Is there a switch on UNIT gas valve ?
Thermostat on heat AND compatible with unit ?
Is the spark ignitor sparking or glow ignitor glowing ?
