I love the aesthetic on this little wrench but haven't a clue who made it. Honestly, it might be the wrench line I'd love to find a way to build a complete set on between now and year 2053.
Oddly enough, it bears a patent #, but my google on that came up with something completely different. Any insight is appreciated!

And just in case we never discussed this on the BHM thread, that is a Design patent, not a Utility patent. You'll find it if you search with a D in front of it on USPTO or Google Patents.

They are cool looking
They are definitely cool-looking. Right up there with the Barcalo geometric art deco pattern DOE's. They don't seem to show up as sets in the wild much, though. I have a few found onesy-twosy. But I don't believe I have ever seen a set anywhere, including here.

That makes alot of sense. The concept of the wrenches would not be unique compared to prior art but the look of the wrench is certainly unique.

Looking for the following Plomb Pebbles Wrench 3061

Thanks again, all! So as not to clutter the forum with little threads, I'm throwing this one here too. Anyone seen wrenches bearing the Monroe Shock Absorbers logo? I feel like I've seen the asterisk somewhere and should reveal the actual tool co. that produced these. Are there complete sets of these? or select sizes to execute typical Monroe shop jobs?

As I'm averse to starting new threads unless absolutely necessary:
"Monroe Wrench" shows up in half a dozen places here on GarageJournal.com. Unfortunately this is the only thread in which the photos are still available for viewing.
GJ member outofbounds' example just above could have come from the same set as this unit:
Monroe 3.4 x 11.16 double-end box wrench (photo G. Roberts).jpg
Monroe 11/16" x 3/4" double-end box wrench (photo G. Roberts)

As with outofbounds' example, this one also sports the "asterisk" logo which has been associated with Peck Stow and Wilcox's trademark
of Aug 23 1938 (359484), but that doesn't make sense.

Any ideas on who the manufacturer might have actually been?
