15 INCH BRASS NON SPARKING CRESCENT WRENCH
This item when received would not open or close completely, it was apparent it had had the end of it used as a hammer, the slide area for the jaw was filed adequately so no the jaws will open fully and well as close completely. If I can get the pictures to post of it I will if not will gladly email them to you.
