Brass Parker o-ring seal tool/pick set

Found these in a box I bought last week. Wasn't sure about their purpose since they are brass looking. Googled Parker and that made it pretty obvious.

The current ones Parker makes are yellow plastic. That way they won't scratch even soft aluminum.

For use on steel, I think brass would make a better tool.
