Brass Pick Set

Can anyone recommend me a good set of brass picks. I have a set similar to http://www.amazon.com/Brass-O-Ring-Pick-Pc-Set/dp/B001RSAJ5U but they are so cheaply made and the tips are always breaking off. I use them for changing O-Rings on high pressure (3000-5000 psi) hydraulic swivel joints and servo-cylinders so its imperative they don't scratch.

What about aluminum? They are soft metal, do they make them in aluminum?

Seal Remover Set. Not brass, but rounded tips prevent scratching.

Would plastic work? Seems less likely to snap off.

I've always used a small bore copper pipe hammered flat and bent to a right angle in a vice. If required, smoothed and shaped with hand files. Cheap, non marking and adjustable.
