The temperature at which it's done. I don't have the exact figure in front of me, but it is considered soldering below a certain temperature and brazing above a certain temperature. I'm sure if you google it you will find the particular temperature.

Below 800°F is considered soldering. Common Lead/Tin solder melts at a little over 360°.
