Trying to figure out who might have made this flex-head-handle / hinge-handle / swing-head-handle / breaker-bar? It is 15.5-inches long, 1/2-inch square drive, and the shank cross section is almost round (just slightly elliptical).

I’m unsure of the finish; could be cadmium, or zinc, or something similar looking.

No markings anywhere. The handle looks a bit like a 60’s or 70’s Indestro 6450, except they all have a cross hole at the very end.

Did I waste my money on an import? Any ideas?

I'm goin' with Duro / Indestro private label. Most likely Wards, I would think.

Don?

* Most all of the "Super" line used the round, knurled handle. The "Select" used that flat "paddle" type handle.

BUT: notwithstanding Indestro claiming first use on the "Select" BRAND as March 21, 1961 (TM 733592), that doesn't necessarily mean they weren't cranking out flat-handled ratchets and breakers for somebody else.... like "WardMastr", "Wards Master", "Wards Master Quality", prior to that.
