Mine is the 41654 with a pin, not a bolt.
Probably then they might not be the same strength,while the bolt probably has certain engineering advantages the old one with the pin probably had more metal in the head and could be stronger overall. The head on my bolted one is short.
I have an old style 3/4" drive one 47155 with a pin its head stays thick much longer into the handle below the fork union before shrinking down to the handle diameter-and the handle is fatter than on a 1/2" drive one.
