Breaker for 220v, dust collector

Picked up a Delta 50-181 dust collector recently. It has a Baldor spec 35J880Y642 motor; 220v, and 11 amp.

What size breaker for this? First thought was 20 amp but not sure of the starting amp draw; was not certain the 20 amp would carry the start surge.

20A should be fine. What type/size cord & plug does the collector have?

Edit: Remember the breaker protects the circuit wiring so the circuit needs to be #12 wire for a 20A breaker. The plug in the manual is a 15A 250V, so 15A breaker is okay.
