So I passed my plan review last night and received my permit to start construction! Plans are a 720 SF addition to the house and a 1280SF shop, er garage. The shop should be simple as it's a standalone and will be bare bones. The house is going to demand most of my attention/time as it's tieing into the existing and I have to gut part of the roof, establish new load bearing walls, etc.... Doing most of the work myself but the dirtwork guys are arriving Monday. Yipeee!
