Brick Threshold Failing

This is a brick threshold in front of the door to my garage. The brick on the far right is literally in pieces. The two next to it are just cracked. What would you suggest I do to repair it or at least stop it from getting worse. Thanks in advance for your thoughts.

that looks like the bricks are under the aluminum and **** up against a slab outside. So nearly impossible to remove and replace with another brick. That said, I'd look for an epoxy that could be tinted to near the brick color. Mix with a stiffening agent and fill the cracks and cover the broken one. mold to a brick shape on the top. Won't look perfect, but if your color match is close it should be acceptable and will stop water migration.

Chip them out and replace- not hard to do. just requires some time and finesse.

I'd break out the bricks and replace with concrete.

^^^ this. chip them out, and fill with concrete, don't actually have to bring it back to the same profile , probably can keep it flush with existing concrete pad

From the looks of things, you have a water issue that I would address in concert with any repair. Too much water hitting that area from the looks of the threshold, bricks, and trim from what I see. What is the depth of your eave over that area? Do you have downspouts? Is the grade proper in that area? All things to look at or else you will keep chasing your tail on band-aids.
