I just got a good deal on an Ironton (Northern Tool & Equipment) 4-Tier Storage Shelf [77”W x 72”H x 24”D at approx 120 pounds] for $180 each while setting up the new home; I have purchased the Costco brand in the past and this is a slightly different one but made in the same factory in China, these have an advertised capacity of 2k per shelf.

I found that I can buy two shelf sets and turn it into three by not installing the lower shelves near the floor and “bridging” the two shelves at the top. Three shelf units for the price of two from the same factory as the Costco shelf.

I have put very heavy kit on these. I've had transmissions, engine blocks, and crankshafts on mine with no issues; and very heavy loads of 2A items.1779138128443.png
