Just installed some of these babies:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07DL99ZXZ/?tag=atomicindus08-20
Supposedly 3500 lumens, more than double my old 1300 lumen lamps.
(They make an even brighter one, but I hesitated at the higher wattage. I figured I'd try this one first.)
At my desk level from my 8' ceiling, my cell phone app reads these as twice the delivered lumens, and it does look substantially brighter. (approx 500 lumens at 40 inches from the floor (benchtop) vs approx 250 lumens with the old lamps).
They are supposedly the same 5k daylight color as my old ones, but they are slightly yellower. Absolutely fine to me, perhaps even better as the old ones were somewhat blue.
I'll be curious how well they hold up. While "only" 35 watts, they do heat up the can a bit more. I could imagine that might shorten the lifespan, as the only ventilation opening is downward.
So far I really like them.
