Brightest Lighting/outdoor

Hi all! Just wondering if someone can tell me the brightest lighting for outdoors? I need to illuminate an area for my horses and to ride. I'd like the lights to be dusk to dawn as well? Is LED or MH or ? the brightest? Thanks ahead. Idealist101

LED is expensive still, how bright is "bright"? 100W metal halide flood or a 1500 watt MH sports flood?
