I've been happy with this one and plan to buy another so I can keep one on the charger. They do make a 60 LED version but I like the 90.

NO! that HF light *****. its very cheap but my fluorescent drop light is brighter. Its not very bright at all and the light is very directional so you just get a line of dim light. I've heard about wrapping it in saran wrap to disperse the light, but its just not bright enough anyway. I kinda like the detachable ends for mounting options but the light just *****. Charge doesn't last very long either. Its cheap, but IMO a complete waste of money. I took mine back and got some composite ratchets instead - worth every penny and more.

Personally I think I'm going to search out a corded light like the ATD saber or the stubby 2 led light.

I got the HF light for a buddy's birthday present (instead of buying him a case of Bud Light). We "used" it while wrenching on his Honda and were not impressed. It got good reviews on the web page, lesson learned. In hindsight we both wished I had got him the case of Bud Light.
I personally have the plug-in ATD fluorescent and it rocks.

I'm going to have to look at the brand, but I bought two rechargeable underhood lights from NAPA years ago. Lost one of the mounting hooks due to weak hood struts, so I was swapping when one needed recharge. They are really bight for 6 hours then dim 40% for two to three additional hours before requiring recharge.
