I have gone through my tools and have found a few broken SK sockets, do they replace'em like Craftsman or Snap-On?
I have s small pile for Craftsman, and only one Snap-On (if I can flag down the truck).
Thanks

yes, but they can't display any abuse.

Best bet is to find your local dealer, or call SK customer service if you don't have a local dealer.

My dealer told me they will replace anything that is broken expect for chrome sockets that have been used on an impact.

As Far as I know they will not replace worn out tools like sears will

As far as the snap on go's, just call them they will prob. just replace it.
And if they want it back they will pay shipping. In the last two yrs. they have only asked for two or three tools back from me. I usta see a SK truck around. But that was about ten yrs ago.

An SO rep prob won't do it. No customer relation has been built. The top end of the warranty, is out of his pocket afterall.
So i'd suggest for all but cmans, call corp., and see what they can do to help.

The Snap-On could be just a repair, an old 1/4" Torque wrench is missing the "on/off" lever. I do have a local dealer I used to buy alot of stuff from but since my one employee that used to buy stuff all the time retired, he doesn't stop anymore. I'll flag him down next week and see.
