Over the hills and far away.
I am restoring an Atlas 42b Drill press.

The top plain bronze sleeve bearing was fairly gouged up, so I want to replace it.

Length is 1in
ID is .8in
OD is 1.19in (Call it 1.2in)

Material is silicon bronze, of course.

McMaster Carr has nothing which matches these dimensions. Anyone know where it can be sourced, or a substitute found? I have to imagine that this is or was a pretty common bearing size given the almost even fractions of an inch.

I know phosphor bronze bushings are dangerous to machine in that you need very sharp tooling to do so or you run the risk of closing the pores that make them self lubricating. (put a phosphor bronze bushing on a drop of oil and in a little while the drop of oil will have disappeared into the bushing). I'm not sure if there are such issues when machining silicon bronze but you quite possibly will be able to match the od in size then ream the id to size.
