Brought a pillar drill was it worth buying

Just brought a pillar drill

It looks not bad it's mostly surface rust

Did i get robbed

Never seen one with that clear plastic shield. Must make it a PITA to tighten the chuck. Doubt it would do much if the bit grabbed a piece of metal and started spinning it around either.
