Does anyone have any information about these wrenches? Brown written in script, sizes seem to be post1927 . Top one is 5/8-3/4, bottom is 7/8-1. Both say Hardened Steel. Center section is a thread chaser, 3/8-24 and 5/8-20, respectively. Obverse is blank.

I think that’s a fancy C for a Crown wrench. Here is mine.

I see that now. Do you know anything about them? If you want mine to cement your commitment to a collection, you are welcome to them. Send me your address and I’ll put them in the mail to you.

I’ve only ever found the one and I only picked it up because I hadn’t seen one before. When I posted it here even four.cycle hadn’t tracked them down. Would you like mine? I think three would be a collection. 😉

Maybe we can get together and foist them off on a third unsuspecting candidate. I need to divest superfluous tools. My glaucoma is progressing, so I need to find forever homes for things.

I’m up for foisting. I have plenty of orphans that I could do without.

I'm saving all my auto kit orphans to send to a very private person who wouldn't want his address shared. ;) I'm sure he has a place for them, or knows someone who can use them. A small flat rate box can go a long ways with lots of wrenches for cheap.

I’ve got a bunch of those, also. Let’s gang up on him and make him happy!
