Anybody with experience with this product?

Seems we're all looking for a quality coating for metal/tools.

Comes in clear gloss or matte finish.

Nope sorry

Got a buddy doing cerakote. He's coating guns everyday. I'm contemplating what other items he could apply.

Hopefully someone here can help you.

maybe look up youtube videos on it. doesnt sound like it would hold up to "shooter"s abuse.
im very very abusing on tools and firearms. if it breaks, upgrade it.
with that said. iv used duracoat and a $15 harbor frieght air sprayer and painted a few firearms. very easy to do. holds up very very good. but something from an air can that doesnt say "holds up to real world abuse" i wouldnt use unless its not getting beat up.
cerakote is good too.
