Cheap wire brushes

I've already received a few 12 packs, so this is the real deal.

My stainless brushes were ordered on August 8th, and they arrived today. Others arrived a week after ordering. These said the same 1 to 2 months to ship.

It's only worth it to you if you decide it is. To me, yes, it was worth it. 12 US made stainless steel brushes for less than the price of one.. I don't have a problem waiting 3 weeks for that!

Of course, I didn't just get 12. I got 48!

On my phone but don't see them. Went through three pages looking. I am stupid though, at least the wife tells me that.

Thanks for the post. I placed an order for a couple of 12-packs of brass brushed (scratch brush and toothbrush styles).

Edit: Also, where are you seeing these are US made? Still a good deal if they're quality imports, I just couldn't find it on Brush Research's website.

Thanks OP, that's a great deal on the brass ones. Those tend to wear out pretty quickly!!

Thanks for the heads-up. Great prices. Ordered a few sets. Glad to see the box had U.S.A. on it.

Is the check out through Topline Tools? They want $10 to ship each set of 12. I was excited before I saw the $100 s&h charge.

Nope. From Amazon. Deal's dead for most of 'em.

If you order from Topline Tools, you'll probably get singles, not 12 packs, even if the description says 12 packs.

I received most of my shipment. Four boxes of the 1st one in the OP (48 brushes total, not counting all of the other ones).

I made my first mod on the brushes.

Dammit. Hackzall only available with a stupid battery.

I'd buy it if it had a cord. I'm old school.

I am slightly confused why you would need such a tiny corded saw. The point of the hackzall (and the Bosch version I have) is it's small and portable.

wood glue and three 3" 18g brad nails. clamped it down w/ 2" drill press vise. rubbed on some stain I had stocked. I would love to see what other will come up with since yall bought a ton of these.

After I used the brush, I beleive the brad nails isn't necessary.

turned $3 total worth of brushes into a $20 utility brush.

Great idea! I may have to do this as well. All of my orders have now arrived as well. I think i'm the most impressed with the stainless brushes, nice and stout and should work very well for AL prep before welding.

So deal is over?

Oddly I found that Brush Research makes a good tiny flexible brush to clean drinking straws like used in insulated cups last year, only place that had them was Bed Bath and Beyond, not cheap either like $7 for one brush. OTOH nothing funky living in my straw.

Well, until the day that you do need portable...

That's what extension cords are for.

I received most of my shipment. Four boxes of the 1st one in the OP (48 brushes total, not counting all of the other ones).

I made my first mod on the brushes.

Great idea! These brushes seem very high quality and this was an excellent deal.
