Brush type garage door seals ??

Hi guys,
Is anyone using the "brush" type of garage door seal on thier sectional doors ? Here is a link to what I am talking about:

I need to replace the outside vinyl seals on the door at the shop before it gets too cold and I was thinking of these instead. Anyone have any experience with them in a cold and windy winter environment ?

There was a thread about those awhile back, but I didn't bookmark it. You might try searching for it.
I think the consensus was they do work well. I want to get some.

Your link doesn't show a price (which frustrates me) but Summit has them and when I get mine I'll probably order from Summit.

When I built our garage I asked my builder about that type of door seal. I have a pretty good gap at the top of my 14' x 12' door. The builder said that they had seen them scratch the paint of the door. I still have not seen any real feed back from someone that has them. I'm in Texas so when it dos get cold its not for too long. I would though like to seal that crack up to keep the bugs out.

I've got some free samples coming from Memtech. These seals are expensive at about $3.55 per foot but I hear they last.

We have the brush style like on the summitracing page displayed. They are about 1" wide. They work great in keeping the wind from blowing in. The doors are not fully touching the frame work to allow for the correct tension to the floor but the brushes and the rubber bottom seal keep a good seal.
We have winds commonly around 40 mph.
