Bryant 90 Plus Error Codes?

My Bryant 90 Plus furnace would run but would not heat, I took the igniter out checked out ok for continuity. So I replaced it and the furnace heats for now.
Any ideas? Also how do you read the error codes? Other words how do you know when the code is starting or ending?

There is a noticeable gap between the flashes. The error code will repeat over and over till it is cleared.

Are you saying just the blower is coming on? Id start by checking the limit switches.
