I'm kind of amazed. I had my floor poured Friday Morning at 7:30. there's a remote sensor on the wall and it's reading 47 degrees. it's 30 in Pittsburgh and has been since the pour.
The Garage is 23x20, 4 " concrete with 2 " of foam underneath. No insulation In ceiling, Or front wall, just 2" below grade and I have extra 2" foam blocking the doors but not perfect. Is this much heat normal?

My shop at the moment has no insulation in the attic, but all else is insulated and walled. My shop will stay around 46-47 degrees with no heat when it is 25 outside. It was 60 here today, but it was 70 in the shop. This likely is heat gain from the roof shingles in my opinion.

I poured 4 weeks ago, temps at night were 29ish degrees for several days after. I was very worried about it getting to cold for my new slab, but i set a temp probe on the slab and set a pice of scrap foam board over it. For three or four days the temp reading didnt drop below 54deg. I couldnt beleive the amount of heat during curing. And im totally uninsulated 40x48 16 foot high.
