If this is what you are referring to, I am not sure you are truly saving any money? He states on his website that it is from a manufacturer's overruns and off-color batches. I know I don't want something that would be considered a "second" on my floor.
For almost the same cost, you have 2 options (that I am aware of) that have had good reviews on this site and others:
1. Rustoleum Professional Epoxyshield (solvent based - it's $89 at my local Anderson's general store)
2. Supercoat (water based but can be bought on Samsclub.com for $69 per kit as compared to $118 on their own website for same kit)
I have now spent at least a solid week researching all of the various products in this price range ($100 or so per "kit"). I am most likely going to go with Supercoat myself. If you read up on them, they are a division of CASS holdings and it's an interesting read (they are very well diversified). I spoke with one of their customer service reps just yesterday and was satisfied with the answers I was given and his attitude.
