Hi everyone. this is Budget Bob's daughter.
Just to comment re: Wolverine. Eric has been a fantastic support and we thank Wolverine for working with Budget Bob customers during this time.
My dad always intended to pass this business on to Aaron. Unfortunately, we weren't there yet.
Wolverine requires a training course- which I understand- but we can not afford to take it right now. So, we can no longer sell Wolverine products
NP is providing free training, expert customer assistance and have already worked with Aaron and myself to help us train. We have all of dad's materials and have been studying to work and learn more re: the 100% solid epoxy paints. There sales representative is always available to answer questions for our customers until we have all that knowledge packed away. Aaron is impressing me with his dedication to learning this trade.
Before dad died, he had been switching his accounts over to National Polymers. I have designed an e-mail survey for all of BUDGET BOBS customers that used National Polymer's products.
I have no complaints listed in dad's business logs/e-mails, so I am going by that until the survey results are in. I have no doubt the products are of high quality, or Budget Bob would NOT have made this transition. (in the six months prior to his death, he shipped out a higher volume of NP products than Wolverine.) Anyhow, we'll be doing our garage floor soon.
We are not interested in selling inferior products. I have NO REASON to believe that NP products are not high quality.
Budget Bob's prices are below any retail markups...we aren't here to make a lot of money, but to get my son established in a business trade of which he can be proud.
SO, it is a slow start. I am changing the designs/info on the Budget Bob website, trying to get ebay sales back up and running and learning all I can.
While Aaron is ultimately the one this business if going to benefit, he is a minor and I am running the show. My qualifications? I'm Budget Bob's daughter. The qualities you liked in him- I've inherited. I have a lot more, but don't like to brag...
Anyhow, give us a try again. Introductory pricing will be in effect for a VERY SHORT period of time, for garage journal customers. Then, its back to Budget Bob pricing (really good, from what I've seen out there) and work as usual.
Web sites will be updated asap. Until then, e-mail us for info.
