Ok my wife and I are on a budget but she decided it was time for me to build our dream garage. Yes I said our, as she is a motorcycle enthusiast as wel as I am.
Our son rides dirt bikes and is quit good and has recently started working at a local motorcycle shop essembling bikes fulltime(am I ever jealous). I also have two younger kids that are getting the bike bug so we decided to go with a speedshop theme.
All work was done by the family and it turned out better than expected. Start to finish time 3 weeks. Let me know what you think.
The entire project was less than $2000. Not bad eh?????

Wlecome to the site. Sweet transformation! Amazing how cramped it looked before, even w/o the car. I haven't seen a completely red floor. That's a good look.

the floor is a custom red/orange behr mix in their one part floor epoxy. Make sure to follow all steps to the letter or the product will not work at all.
The checkerboard is tiles from home depot. 13.99 a box. Attached with super strength 3m spray adhesive.
We are still going to add a 4 inch trim of diamond plate at the top of the checkerboard patern around the entire garage.
We also have a few garage stools on order.
thanks for the feed back.

Are the bench and cabinet (under the three Gladiator 30 inchers) from Home Depot? I think I've seen the diamond plate type stuff there.

BTW: Looks great!
