Finally got a house with room and access to build a garage but now have very little money left over for the garage

Looking for something around 20x10 feet

Thinking either a wooden garage such as this (will need to modify door) but worried about security

or

Concrete second hand concrete sectional garage but worried about condensation

Open to any input or better ideas on a low budget

You should be able to make the door secure enough to deter/delay most casual thieves, even with a concrete garage a determined thief will still get in.

Gentlemen, is this a bolt together building?
How is the roof done? In sections also?

Please forgive my ignorance, but the concept of a sectional concrete garage is new to me.

Thank You for your attention.

Interested to hear this too, I guess technically anything is "sectional" if you have the skills, but wouldn't that be insanely heavy to move?
