Is this old Buffalo drill press worth much of anything? Plate on the side simply says Model 15 FLOOR

Nice piece for resto but...value would be less to me because I don't see a crank to adjust the table height and a drill depth gauge isn't showing. Might be there but not visible in the pics.
Found this after posting earlier...it has a depth gauge too.

Paid $80 or $100 for my older one. Can't remember.

I think they are good machines, but at least around Southeastern PA, it doesn't appear they are worth much. I could barely give one away, and it was in ok shape.
