Buffer Info: Manufacturer / Model?

I just bought this used buffer. There is no tag on it. Any one have an idea who the manufacturer is and what the model number may be? Trying to find out a little more info on it.

Based on the overall shape, the pedestal and switch. I'd say it's a Baldor. Model # is another question. Looks more like a grinder that someone added a shaft extender to. Is the extended shaft a factory thing or is an add-on mod? Is it threaded onto a shorter shaft or something? I can't say I've seen mismatched shaft lengths on a Baldor before, though I have seen them on much bigger buffers, Cincinnati, etc. If it were an add-on, then I'd probably guess a Baldor 7" grinder.

If you search "LB 1091 buffer" , the number on the warning sticker, it will come up as a Baldor Reliance label. No idea if that guarantees anything, but...

Thanks, looking at some photos of the 111 model, I think you may be correct (other than the long shaft on the right which may be a modification on mine). Mine is a greenish/gray while others I have seen are blue though.
Any idea how long Baldor has been making the "111" model?

I'd suggest looking in Google Books for Baldor 111, and see if there are references to it to give an early read. It's still showing up on their website, so it'll be a Since Then find.

I hope these pictures give you something to compare to. On the off chance the badge is not easy to read, this is a Baldor 3250 rpm. I paid $450 for it. The seller had owned it for 10 months. The seller had screwed the buffer to a B&D Workmate. Granger were asking $900. I have had it for a decade.

That's definitely an add on shaft which is why it has the 2 flats on it at the inside end so you can get a wrench on it. I'd leave it on if you're wanting to use it for buffing. Those extensions are hard to find. Also each end has opposite threads, one right hand and the other left so the wheels and nuts don't come off from the torque.
