Hello,
New guy here. Been lurking for years, and now i'm building my own garage. The plans have been drafted and the contractor is pulling permits. We are building a 1500 SF garage with 1900 SF of living space above. There's also going to be a small space below for my wife's "hobby room"
We plan to build the main home in a couple of years next to the garage.
