I have been a long time fan since I discovered this via the HAMB. I used this forum to lay out my pex runs for in floor heating (wood fired out door boiler)... The information was invaluable; the bid I got was $9k to run the pex and the actual cost of doing it myself with the foam, pex and tools was around $1500 so big thanks to the guys on here.

We started on framing this week... supe fun.

I read up on the Eagle lifts... trading one of the 57 bodies in the pictures for a 10,ooo eagle lift. Looking forward to running power and water so I can get to work in there....

Sorry I hadn't logged in in a while... it isn't a slammed pro mod, just a bone stocker... basic old truck that I use a lot, it is my daily driver so it earns its keep.

I found a couple of more... I ran pex so I took a bunch of pictures in anticipartion of drilling for lifts and not wanting to hit the pex when I drilled... well, I just bought two lifts and went to look for all the pics I took... Uh oh!!!! can't find them!

These two are from when I was only going to run one lift; I rerouted the pex after this, which isn't going to be much help.

Maybe I can fill the pex with liquid metal, then use a metal finder to see where it is:shocking:

that is a great idea I hadn't thought of .... I haven't hooked up the pex all the way, but what a great solution. I wonder where I can get a thermal imaging camera?

Well I am just about ready to take a gamble and drill now, drill here...

figure worst thing is I hit a line... one hastle is that as it turns out the lift almost has to sit on a concrete cut;

I am bummed, anyone know "how bad it is" to drill 7x 3/4 x 6" holes all near a cut line?
