Looking for a builder in the far northeast Missouri area. I have talked week to Landon buildings aka Memphis Lumber Co in Memphis MO for a quote and im looking to get another quote as well. I will call Morton but I think they might be even higher so I was looking for hopefully someone else.
Memphis lumber quoted me about $57,000 for a 40x64 14 foot tall. 2 over head 10x12 doors, 5 windows 1 door, 5" cement floor with pipe ran for heated floors.
I will be doing electric, plumbing, and finish installing the stuff for the floors. These guys are busy until January when they can get me in. So just looking who else might be out there.
