Anyone in the Raleigh NC area have a recommendation for a shop builder?

Looking for ~30’x50’, getting quotes from Carolina Structural and Morton. Could be metal or wood framed. I also reached out to many of the garage builders, without much success.

I'm having Champion Buildings in Wilkesboro, NC build a 35x50 metal building for me. Jim Warden is a very knowledgeable salesman that has walked me though each step of the process.
