Builder recommendations in PA?

I'm looking to get a 40x60x18 built on my residence. I've reached out to Pioneer, Morton, Conestoga, Shirk, and A&E. The first 4 are pole barn only, A&E quoted a nice block and stick build.

Does anyone have a suggestion for quality builders in the SE PA area? Lots of people mention Amish builders but Google seems to be of little value beyond finding middlemen brokers.

Are there any builders that do red iron frame buildings? I'm researching the pros and cons and would like to have some dollar figures to use in my decision. Seems all the builds I see around here are pole and I'm guessing there is a reason.

Sorry, I meant to add that they designed and built exactly what I asked for. Besides the size that I wanted, I wanted the design to look similar to our house, and to have rafters on one side engineered so that I could install a 4 post lift.

Mine was going to be extra fancy for a pole build with a half second floor, lift, vinyl siding and asphalt shingles and they quoted it out. I decided to go with stick built because the one thing they wouldn't do is attach it to my house.

I had one done by Fetterville 10-15 years ago and was very happy with the results. They were much more willing to deal with special requests in the design, most places just wanted to do their standard boxes. Where are you?

also curious if you picked one and if there was something you liked about them more than others, or some reasons you ruled out other companies. I'm looking to get one done pretty soon. Got a few quotes last year. Morton seems nice but was way expensive compared to others (like over double the price!)
