Looking into building a 40x60 garage 18 ft high. I want to put 2 14x14 doors in the front 40ft side. I would like to have a 14-16ft lean to off the right side of it. I have looked into both a hybrid and stick built. Stick built seems to be cheaper but also I like the idea of building it that way as well. I am looking for a set of blueprints that closely matches what I am looking for. I have tried several searches and have not found anything close yet. Any ideas? I could possibly draw my own up however I have no idea on what program to use either.

This is 40x60 with RH lean-to as you envision. 16'2" ceiling AFF. I drew the plans on a single D size sheet; truss design (5/12 with 3/12 lean-to) was done by the truss fabricator. Pretty simple stick built building on a monolithic slab.

I am also planning a 40x60 - looking to do metal frame so as to use the height and space for a lift. the traditional wood rafters appear to take up a lot of space.

there are few places online that serve shop plans (https://www.thegarageplanshop.com)

I am looking forward to what others have to say here...
