Building a garage around septic system

It took me a while, but plans have changed a lot since the last time I've posted.
This is the current plan. I've decided on this plan because I don't have to touch my existing septic system.

I am still trying to work out the stairs to the second floor in the back. What's shown in the pic above is my first concept.
The second floor is going to be my woodworking shop.

In the past, others here have gotten around detached building restrictions by connecting their shop/garage to the house with a breezeway.
The township said it for it to be considered "attached", the foundation needs to be tied in with the house foundation.

I'd build a two story garage. Put my man cave up stairs. Have a fireman's pole.
This is now the plan... minus the firemans pole. LOL

Same here, I was considering option #4.
Moving would cost more than changing the septic, let alone the hassle of selling, trying to find a suitable place in our budget, and moving.
