Building a garage into a hillside

Hi guys, I'm new to the form. I'm looking at building a garage into a hillside. Give me your tips and experiences. The only place I have room is off of my back alley which from the back of the house is about 35' and slopes down about 15', meaning my yard off the house is 15' higher then the alley. Ideally nothing smaller then 24×24 with 10' walls. All ideas are welcome. Thanks.
