I’m building this hunting blind from two old IBC totes. I have cut in some windows and an opening for a door. I’m looking for creative ideas on how to frame out the windows and door. I’d prefer not to use any wood for this build and to not spend a lot of money on materials. So far, I’m thinking I will just frame using some 1 1/2” angle iron and then use some clear polycarbonate panels for windows. I’m not sure what to make the door out of??

Look at composite & extruded wood like products at the local big box hardware. Pcs available with window like tracks and velcro hinges make folding /removing very easy.
